How to order

You can place your orders online, and leave any details in the "add instructions for seller" box during checkout.  During busy periods we appreciate you ordering well in advance. If you wish to order a bespoke item or wish to speak to someone please email us at contact@bloomsandbuds.co.uk

How do we deliver?

We deliver nation wide using a trusted courier service. We aim to get your item to you on your chosen delivery date, however at this busy time and with COVID-19 still affecting work places over the country we are allowing more time for delivery. So please be patient we do ask you to allow extra time for delivery should it be delayed. Please don't worry about your item it will be fine!

What days do we deliver?

The couriers deliver Monday- Friday

Do I have to be in to take delivery of my item?

No you do not have to be in to take deliver of your item. If you are in a signature will be required upon delivery, but you can advise us of a safe dry place for your items to be left should no one be around to sign for it.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items left outside of your chosen property. If you will be unable to accept delivery at home, you can of course have your parcel delivered to an alternative address for your convenience.
Please state brief instructions clearly in the note space provided at the checkout.

Can delivery be made to flats if I am out?

If delivery is to a flat and you are not going to be in then please leave essential information for the courier so they can leave your item for you.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items left outside of your chosen property. If you will be unable to accept delivery at home, you can of course have your parcel delivered to an alternative address for your convenience.

How will my item arrive?

Our wreaths and garlands are sent out in strong cardboard boxes, designed for the specific item. Please recycle your transit box once you have unpacked your item.

Payment.

We use the secure Shopify payment gateway to process all payments for your security and peace of mind. We never store your card details nor do we share any information with third parties.

How do I care for my garland?

Do the lights come with batteries?

If you have ordered lights on your wreath or garland we include batteries and all lights are checked before leaving the studio. Full operating instructions will be sent with your order.

What is the last delivery date?

Last Christmas delivery date is the 21st December 2023.
